Daily Pregnancy Checklist

List of 8 items you might include on a daily pregnancy checklist:

  1. Take your prenatal vitamins: This is important to ensure that you and your baby are getting the nutrients you need.
  2. Drink plenty of water: Staying hydrated is important for both you and your baby. Aim to drink at least 8-10 cups of water per day.
  3. Eat a healthy diet: Make sure to include a variety of fruits, vegetables, and protein in your diet.
  4. Exercise: Moderate exercise, such as walking or swimming, is generally safe during pregnancy and can help improve your overall health and well-being.
  5. Get enough rest: Pregnancy can be physically and emotionally draining, so it's important to get enough rest to help you stay healthy and energized.
  6. ​Follow your healthcare provider's recommendations: Attend all scheduled appointments and follow your healthcare provider's instructions for taking care of yourself and your baby.
  7. Buy a baby journal and write in it daily.  You'll thank me in a few years :)
