Dr Joshua Welch move to Lake Tahoe in 1997 with a dream to be a professional rock climber and never work again. Well as you can guess only one of of his dreams came true, Dr Josh loves being a chiropractor because is allows him to live his dream by working with outdoor and adventure athletes the way they need to be treated. He knows the "what, why and how" to keep you at your best.
He is also a father and husband of an traditional Tahoe family. '"Our family is all about being active outdoors, eating healthy and having as much fun as possible!" Dr Josh treats all of his 'Safe Haven Families' as he would want his family treated. He knows what it takes to grow and healthy family and a healthy community and teaches everyone the values of a healthy lifestyle and a healthy nervous system.

Creating dynamic healing which moves the body towards greater balance and functioning. Dr Jordan Gray
Dr. Jordan Gray integrates a variety of chiropractic techniques are focused on locating and removing blockages and imbalances with specific spinal adjustments. Along with atlas and full spine adjusting Dr. Jordan is also skilled at utilizing cranial aspects into his care plan, which greater holistic synergy between the upper cervical spine, skull and the entire body. He finds that by releasing and aligning the cranial base, atlas vertebra, and coordinating those structures with a more deeper more harmonious rhythmic breathing pattern many causes of dis-ease can dissipate or disappear entirely.

Mimicking animals through breathing and their sounds, help to let out stress so one can begin to feel more calm and confident. Laughing, being silly, singing songs and practicing being kind to themselves, fostering more compassion and allowing kindness to evolve.
